Cost Efficiency

We assure high quality delivery while charging the lowest fees in the market. This allows our clients to save costs and be extremely flexible and fast when it comes to addressing their recruitment needs.

Guarantee

Our guarantee is twice the market standard. We offer a guarantee of 6 months for Middle-Management roles and 12 months for Directors and above on all of our services. This means that if someone we’ve placed does not perform as expected, we will work on the role again at no cost.

We think that communication is key, that's why your point of contact will always be one of the Partners. We act proactively to anticipate business needs and produce market mappings and weekly/monthly/yearly reports depending on the project we are working on.
